The architect will take the project through the building consent process, and communicate with us regarding progress and timeframes.
Once consent issue plans are received, our independent quantity surveyor will carry out the preliminary pricing. On completion of preliminary pricing, we will meet with you and the quantity surveyor to review it. At this point we can make any necessary adjustments to tailor the specifications to your budget.
