At the start it’s our job to ask the right questions to sketch out your vision. Listening carefully to your preferences (and, most importantly, understanding how to prioritise these within a budget), we deliver valuable insight and guidance. We do this with years of experience in constructing spaces to suit the people who live in them.
Collaboration is at the core of our approach. So we'll work with you to refine the details to reflect your unique style and maximize the property’s potential. While we focus on small details these often make a big difference, be it with unique finishes or building precision. From there our architect will commission any necessary reports and obtain any council permits, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Once consent issue plans are received, our independent quantity surveyor carries out preliminary pricing. This process takes 4–5 weeks. On completion we’ll sit down with you and the quantity surveyor to review it.
At this point we can make any necessary adjustments to tailor specifications to your budget. This is the stage where we address any Council requirements and complete a final review and costing. When these plans are stamped, you’ll receive a link to our online project management portal. This provides all the milestone dates so you can track the project toward the day you get the keys.
