We frame up the project.

Do you envision an elegant abode, extraordinary space, celebration of location — or something else entirely? We can match you with the right designer from our network of trusted professionals. You'll work closely with our selected designers to develop a preliminary design that fits your vision and budget.

We refine and elevate the design.

Collaboration is at the core of our approach. So we'll work with you to refine the details to reflect your unique style and maximize the property’s potential. While we focus on small details these often make a big difference, be it with unique finishes or building precision. From there our architect will commission any necessary reports and obtain any council permits, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

We price honesty and plan accordingly.

Once consent issue plans are received, our independent quantity surveyor carries out preliminary pricing. This process takes 4–5 weeks. On completion we’ll sit down with you and the quantity surveyor to review it.

At this point we can make any necessary adjustments to tailor specifications to your budget. This is the stage where we address any Council requirements and complete a final review and costing. When these plans are stamped, you’ll receive a link to our online project management portal. This provides all the milestone dates so you can track the project toward the day you get the keys.

We walk you through.

The final inspection is a chance to jointly experience your new home and go over our custom checklist. This ensures all aspects of the build meet every standard and expectation you have. After move-in day we’ll be on hand to answer any questions and ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the final result.
